Oregon Ducks – Both Dubs and I had the Huskies +10 and the Ducks were having none of it. A 43-19 beatdown of a Washington team who is usually pretty good at home. Golden boy Jake Locker was 23/46 with two picks. The biggest game of the Pac 10 season next week… USC at Oregon.. should be a great game.
Cincinnati Bengals – A one point underdog at home… really? The Bengals scored on the opening drive and never looked back. Ced Benson rushed for 189 yards and a TD and Carson Palmer threw 5 touchdowns in a 45-10 thrashing of the Bears. Huge bounce back after the let down against Houston last week. 5-2 heading into the bye with games against Baltimore and Pittsburgh coming up.
TCU Horned Frogs – 38-7 domination of BYU. Gameday was at BYU and you knew they would come out fired up… didn’t matter. The Horned Frogs are for real and their win @Clemson is looking better and better now.

Louisville Cardinals – 41-10 loss to Cincinnati and their Heisman hopeful didn’t even play. The demise of the Cardinals has been awesome to watch as a UK fan. Did they really win the Orange bowl a few years ago? At 2-5, the only the Cards fans can look forward to is a new coach… and no you aren’t getting Gruden you idiots.
Tampa Bay, Oakland, Kansas City, Cleveland and St. Louis. These five teams combined to score 23 points and lost by an average of 32 points. What happened to the parity in this league? There are some bad, bad football teams right there.
Gayest of the weekend
Machida winning over Shogun in the UFC Light Heavyweight Championship match via unanimous decision. Every person I have talked to said Shogun dominated all five rounds. C’mon Dana White, get it together. There is no faster way to lose fans than this.
