Let's rundown the major conferences...
ACC - G Tech (+3.5) over V Tech straight up and now VIRGINIA is the only unbeaten team left in conference. Clemson 38 Wake 3.. Yikes.
Big (L)East – UC is in control after winning at USF Thursday night. Pitt wins at Rutgers… UCONN handles Louisville (RIP UCONN CB Jasper Howard).
Big 10 (11) - 1-5 Purdue over Ohio State? Bahahaha! Iowa remains unbeaten and there is talk of them making the title game. They would probably be a 3 TD underdog if somehow they made it in. Also, Michigan covers the 40 point spread vs Delaware St.
Big 12 – Texas over OU by 3… if OU’s QB 1 doesn’t get hurt they beat them. Texas has two huge road games coming up at Missouri then at Oklahoma State. Texas Tech over Nebraska 31-10 AT Nebraska… didn’t see that coming. Also, Colorado over then unbeaten Kansas and Oklahoma State routes Missouri.
Pac 10 – USC over Notre Dame ( I LOVE IT ) Cal routes UCLA on the road… Arizona over Stanford in a shootout… Arizona State holds off Washington. USC at Oregon in two weeks… should be a great one.
SEC – Florida narrowly escapes Arkansas… Arkansas blew it, Florida did not win it. UK over Auburn!!! Ooohh C-A-T-S CATS! CATS! CATS! Bama over South Carolina in a hard fought battle closer than the 20-6 score indicates. Looking ahead… Florida vs Georgia in two weeks… LSU at Alabama in three weeks.
A shout out to former Ryle RB Vince Murray who carried the ball 25 times for 146 yards and 2 TD's in Navy's 38-35 victory over SMU.
A pretty weak lineup for college football next weekend... best game on paper is #8 TCU @ #16 BYU.
